Sonja Sidler is a Certified Tax Expert with over 15 years experience in tax planning and financial consulting services. She began her career in the Swiss banking industry where she gained broad experience in
corporate finance and private equity, and was Head of Tax and Finance at a quoted, multinational company in the manufacturing industry. Prior to establishing Alva Tax and Finance AG in June 2009, Sonja Sidler was an international tax partner at Deloitte, Zurich.
Sonja Sidler has significant experience in the area of mergers & acquisitions, business succession planning, international finance and treasury structures, international reorganisations, financial restructuring, optimisation of group structures, Swiss domestic and international corporate tax planning and EU tax law.
Sonja Sidler has served a multitude of local and global corporations across a range of industries and internationally based individuals.
